Wilcox Memorial Hospital and Kauai Medial Clinic
comprise the
Wilcox Health System. As the largest and only integrated health
care delivery system on Kauai, Wilcox serves approximately 70 percent
of the island.
The Respiratory team provides prompt, efficient, and
courteous care. The staff provides cardio-respiratory related
services with an emphasis a technical resource on all aspects of
respiratory care.
The Respiratory Therapist provides cardiorespiratory
related
services across the full continuum of care provided by the assigned
Hawai�i Pacific Health facility of employment.

Requirements
Minimum
Qualifications: Must meet education requirements for
certification. Must obtain Certified Respiratory Therapist
(CRT) certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
within 6 months of hire. Current BLS/HCP, PALSor PEARSand ACLS
certifications. Current Hawai'i State Respiratory
Therapist License.
Preferred: One
year respiratory care or related experience. One year
experience in respiratory care with blood gas analysis and EKG.
