Restaurant ManagerDescription
We are a dynamic restaurant with a high-energy yet laid back feel. For the past 15+ years, we’ve been expanding across the country, and have started making our way west. While other companies have had to make cutbacks in bonuses or close stores, we haven't had to do either. In fact, over the past couple of years we have actively been opening new locations and expanding into new markets! Our restaurants feature a vibrant atmosphere and our unique, from-scratch menu makes us a favorite in the community.
We currently have an urgent opening for a Restaurant Manager at our Wailea location! This person should be an ambitious individual with outstanding knowledge of the surrounding area.
REQUIREMENTS
* 2+ years of current Upscale Casual Restaurant Management experience
* High volume background; must have experience managing restaurants doing over $2.5 million in sales
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
* Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
* Must have solid amount of contacts in the Wailea area to help drive sales
