          Reporting to the
          Board of Directors, your role as the Executive Director, Hawai�i
          Health Partners, will have responsibilities for the overall
          development and strategic leadership of a network of care to address
          and improve the coordination, quality, clinical outcomes, and access
          to patient care for Hawai�i Health Partners.

          Hawai�i
          Pacific Health is Hawai�i�s largest health care system including a
          network of four hospitals, 44 outpatient clinics & service sites,
          and over 1,300 dedicated physicians across the state. We are
          5,400+ caring employees strongly committed to health care
          excellence. Our facilities include: Kapi�olani Medical Center
          for Women and Children, Pali Momi Medical Center, Straub Clinic and
          Hospital and Wilcox Memorial Hospital.

          Requirements

          Minimum: Master�sDegree in Health Care, Nursing, or Business related field, or
          equivalent combination of education, training, and
          experience. Ten (10) years experience in program
          development and/or health care enterprise management. Demonstrated experience
          working effectively in a complex environment negotiating and
          mediating complex and often competing interests. Experience working with internal and external health care
          stakeholders (e.g., physicians, clinical staff, and
          administration). Experience leading quality and
          performance improvement initiatives.

          Preferred: Experience in developing and executing
          joint ventures and physician-hospital partnerships. Experience with health care population management to improve
          preventive care and manage chronic diseases. Strong knowledge of health care operations in a
          large multi-hospital or multi-clinic health care
          system.
