          Job Description:
          APC is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a long term contract position in Honolulu, HI.

          Responsibilities:
          * Interaction with customer/stakeholders in order to manage customer expectations and deliverables
          * Participate in daily/weekly meetings with customer/stakeholders
          * Providing daily/weekly updates to customer/stakeholders on the project status
          * Analyzing, Reviewing and prioritizing functional requests from business stakeholders.
          * Interact with customers as needed to better define and understand the general reporting requirements.
          * Translating Business Requirements Specifications to Functional Requirements Specifications
          * Developing a Traceability Matrix with respect to requirements
          * Defining business flow, rules and business logics using industrial standard diagrams [UML]
          * Assist in providing As-Is process and defining the To-Be process
          * Assist in providing details of the Change Adjustment requirements planning and management
          * Requirements and gap analysis
          * Requirements review and knowledge transition of requirements to the project team [Technical Architect and Development Team]
          * Solution assessment and validation
          * Planning and coordinating support for UAT
          * Providing assistance during testing of the applications to ensure that the deliverables meet the requirements
          Job Requirements:

          * This individual must have a good understanding of Banking and Financial services domain [BFSI].
          * Good Knowledge of Business Intelligence/Data warehousing
          * Understanding and documenting the current issues/challenges that the customer/business stakeholders are facing.
          * Good knowledge of developing and defining KPI’s for Banking requirements
          Good to have:
          * Knowledge of Software Design Specifications for BI/DW projects
          * Knowledge of ETL Technologies [Datastage, Qualitystage]
          * Knowledge of Reporting Technologies [Cognos]
          * Knowledge of Databases [DB2] and Data Modeling [1NF, 2NF, 3NF etc…]
          * Knowledge of defining Entities [Customer, Products etc…] required as part of the reporting/data modeling
          * Assisting Project Manager in Project Planning
          * Assisting Project Manager in Status Reports Preparation
          * Assisting Project Manager in Escalation Management
          * Assisting Project Manager in order to Define Scope as per SOW during requirements.
