Provides military subject matter expertise to assigned programs.
1.Provides advanced analytical and technical support to projects involving training, tactical/operational documentation, military systems design or other efforts requiring military operations expertise.
2.Researches, identifies, and makes recommendations about resources required for task execution and completion.
3.Gathers, processes, and analyzes operational data.
4.Assists with the testing and development of new systems or updates to existing systems to meet client needs.
5.Identifies and recommends emergent relevant technologies that may result in improvements to current processes.
6.Writes and updates project documentation including system procedures, presentations, and training materials.
7.Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced staff, and may have supervisory responsibilities.
8.Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas.
9.Exhibit creativity, reasoning, and judgment in solving unusual and complex analytical problems
10.Determine program objectives and requirements
11.Developing standards and guides for diverse analytical activities.
12.Assist in the development of long range strategic plans for the acquisition of future C4I and FP capabilities.
13.Plan for systems integration and implementation.
14.Evaluate deficiencies in fielded and planned systems.
15.Formulate requirements for modifications to existing systems or new systems.
16.Identify design, development and implementation objectives, tasks, and milestones.
17.Developing concepts of operations and standards; and staffing/coordinating all products
18.Participates in special projects as required.
Requires a Master's degree, and a minimum of five years experience in Air Force Major Command C4I and FP related activities.
8-10 years of related experience supporting military operations.
Must be able to independently represent PACAF with military departments, major Air Force commands, and joint and combined commands. Candidate must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
